I'm guessing these are 25pf variable caps in a sturdy 3/8 diameter package. One lot 100 pieces Tusconix 725b variable capacitors. These look to be well made and have a nice smooth motion when turned but I have not used them so don't know how they perform in circuit.

Body height unused but leads and bottom surface are tarnished excluding the leads and screw adj. Note even though the leads are tarnished, they soldered immediately when I tried on a spare part I actually had 105 pieces see last pic.
