Unfortunately I cannot find a catalog for this type of part so give the official specs. If you're interested in this you probably know a whole lot more than I do. It looks like its two parts. This is a nib b w barker williamson air variable capacitor, model CX59A.

Helping an elderly ham radio friend clean out his basement, here is a part that we found. I measured between the screw hole and a lug got maximum of 65 pf with parts fully meshed. Overall dimensions are about 12 x 8/6 with 1/2 spacing between the parts.

There are lugs on two of the upper arms and a screw hole for variable part.
