Also, capacitors of this size can be very dangerous. Make sure they are discharged before handling. 03 ohms ESR. My ESR meter shows that they are still good.

I purchased these capacitors years ago. These are therefore new, pulled from tested equipment, and then sat on a shelf forever, so if you want to call them used, or nos, new who knows.

Small scuffs on the terminals where they were cables connected.

If they are damaged in shipping ill work with you.

Some have marks from a permanent marker where the QC guy put mark on it, scuffs.
